So. Post number 1 on my weight loss blog. The scale needs new batteries, but I was about 209 the last time I weighed myself (end of December), and everything seems to be about the same.
I joined MyFitnessPal today, and I'll post what I ate today once the day is over. And maybe a picture. Depends on how brave I am : )
Exercising depends on the day. I lug a 25 pound baby around in the back pack for hours. Does that count?!?
